Anyone strongly think something must be changed regarding rules, maps feel free to say it. The more people speaking their honest opinion the closer we can get to a good balance!

New Maps - Cain (with alot of help from Celery) has been working one a fine collection of maps. Most are based on old locations with different scripting.

Environment
Medium seize maps with both cities and open grounds. Alot of cover and terrain hills.
Preformance
Terrain set to low and viewdistance set to 1000m making it lagfree with high framerates.
Scoring C&H
- Basic: 1 point per minute
- After five minutes: 2 points per minute
- After fifteen minutes: 3 points per minute
Difficulty Level Increased
Radar have been turned off so sitting in a tank aint that easy!
League Structure
8 Teams play eachother once following a schedule. 4 C&H maps and 3 CTF maps will be spread out over 7 weeks. A play off will be held in the end where the top teams battle for first place.
Rules
Basic Rules
~ 5vs5 minimum
~ Each team plays both sides
~ Both rounds score adds together to give the final result of the match.
~ In event of tie (CTF) total flagtouches will decide who the winner is.
~ No cheats what so ever
~ If one team member fails to show up match will be played less that player. Or if the other team agree, find a merc.
~ Maximum ping limit in game (while playing) is 250ms
~ If a player is playing with a ping higher than 250ms for more than 1 minute, he needs to disconnect.
~ Maximum Desync limit in game (while playing) is 1000 Desync
~ If a player plays with more than than 1000 in desync he will be asked to stay in spawn or leave.
~ Lagtest only needs to be done if one team ask for it.
~ Players loosing connection will be allowed JIP.
~ If team fails to show up within 30minutes, the other team will win on forfiet (unless both agree to replay the match)
~ A Match screenshot of the score and kills needs to be taken.
~ Mercenaries can only be used if a team is missing one player.
~ Both teams has to agree on using a merc.
~ Mercenaries will have to be registered in a thread on the forum.

The community will decide what maps should be used from the maplist aswell as what the playoff maps will be.
C&H vs CTF issue
To simple make things fair 3 CTF maps will used along with 4 C&H ones making this a mix league. (If more teams were avalible there would be another division added). However the CTF maps are within "good" standard and both the CTF aswell as the C&H community should enjoy!
Mercenaries
Mercenaries option will be on, however both teams must agree on it and it can only be decided on match day. This is to prevent teams gaining on using mercenaries when they have other players avaible. I however suggest teams with a small number of players try to recruit.
